  • Email address — provided when you subscribe via Fourthwall, used for login and transactional notifications
  • Username / display name — used to identify you on the platform
  • Membership data — tier, status, and subscription dates provided by Fourthwall webhooks
  • Usage data — pages visited, posts liked, comments made, chat messages sent
  • IP address — collected for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you via one-time login codes (OTP)
  • To send transactional emails: login codes, welcome messages, chat notifications
  • To manage your membership access to content
  • To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits

We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails.

4. Email Communications

We send the following emails:

  • OTP login codes — only when you explicitly request to log in
  • Welcome email — once when you become a member
  • Chat notifications — when you receive a message and are not currently online

You can opt out of non-essential emails by contacting us. Login codes are required for account access and cannot be disabled.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Fourthwall — payment processing and membership management
  • Amazon Web Services (SES) — email delivery
  • Cloudinary — image hosting
  • Railway — application and database hosting

Each provider has their own privacy policy and data handling practices.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists. If you cancel your membership and request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, CSRF protection, secure session cookies, and rate limiting on all email-sending endpoints. We handle email bounces and complaints to maintain list hygiene.
